Do you wash clothes before ironing them?
Steam ironing is for clothes that are already clean. If you want them washed too, book wash & iron under our laundry service instead.
Is steam ironing safe for silk sarees and delicate fabrics?
Yes. The heat and steam are adjusted to the fabric, and delicate pieces are pressed carefully so they don’t scorch, shine or lose their texture.
Can you iron suits and blazers?
Yes. Suits and blazers are steam pressed to restore their shape. If a suit is also soiled, dry cleaning is the better option.
What if a garment has a stain?
Ironing over a stain can set it permanently, so stained items are flagged and we’ll suggest wash & iron or dry cleaning.
Will my clothes come back folded or on hangers?
Clothes are folded or hung depending on the garment so they reach you crease-free.
How is ironing priced?
Ironing is charged per piece, and the rate varies by garment type and city. The price list shows current rates for your city.
How long does an ironing order take?
Standard delivery takes 48–72 hours. Express delivery within 24 hours is available at a small extra charge.
Can I schedule regular ironing pickups?
