Good to know: Every garment is inspected before cleaning. Prices and methods can vary with fabric, embellishment and the level of embroidery or handwork.

Is it right for you?

When should you choose dry cleaning?

Choose dry cleaning when the care label says ‘dry clean only’, or when a garment is too delicate, structured or valuable to risk in a washing machine.

  • Suits and tailored wear

Dry cleaning keeps the structure, lining and shape of suits and blazers that washing would distort.

  • Silk sarees and ethnic wear

Banarasi, Kanjivaram and other silk sarees, lehengas and sherwanis keep their colour, sheen and zari work.

  • Wedding and occasion wear

Heavy, embellished outfits you’ve worn once and want to store clean — or wear again soon.

  • Woolens and winter coats

Wool, pashmina and fur hold their size and softness better than after a home wash.

Our process

How our dry cleaning process works

  1. Inspection & tagging

Each garment is checked for stains, loose buttons, embellishments and fabric type, then tagged to your order.

  2. Stain pre-treatment

Stains like turmeric, mehendi and oil are spot-treated with fabric-safe products before cleaning.

  3. Solvent cleaning

Garments are cleaned in solvent instead of water, which lifts dirt and oils without shrinking or distorting the fabric.

  4. Steam finishing

Each piece is steam pressed and shaped so it’s ready to wear.

  5. Quality check & packing

Garments are checked again, hung or packed individually and delivered to your door.

FAQs

Dry Cleaning FAQs

Which clothes should be dry cleaned instead of washed?

Anything labelled ‘dry clean only’, plus suits, blazers, silk, wool, leather, suede and heavily embroidered or embellished outfits. These can shrink, lose shape or bleed colour in a washing machine.

Is dry cleaning safe for silk sarees and designer outfits?

Yes. Silk sarees such as Banarasi and Kanjivaram, lehengas, sherwanis and designer wear are inspected first and cleaned with methods suited to the fabric and handwork.

Can dry cleaning remove turmeric, mehendi or oil stains?

Stains are spot-treated before cleaning, and turmeric, mehendi and oil stains respond well. Very old or heat-set stains may lighten rather than disappear completely; we’ll tell you if a stain is unlikely to come out.

Will my woolens shrink?

Woolens are cleaned with wool-safe methods designed to keep their original size, shape and softness.

Do you dry clean leather, suede and fur?

Yes. Leather, suede and fur jackets and coats are cleaned and conditioned so they stay soft and supple.

Why does the price of the same garment vary?

Dry cleaning prices depend on the actual garment — fabric, texture, embellishments and the amount of embroidery or similar work. Heavier and more delicate pieces need more handling.

Are my clothes pressed after dry cleaning?

Yes. Every dry-cleaned garment is steam pressed and finished, and returned hung or packed so it’s ready to wear.

How long does dry cleaning take?

Standard delivery takes 48–72 hours. Express delivery within 24 hours is available at a small extra charge, though heavy bridal or heavily embellished pieces may need longer.

Can I book dry cleaning with doorstep pickup?

Yes. Schedule a pickup online, in the app or by phone. Pickup and delivery are free on orders above the minimum order value in serviceable areas.
